About the Role

At Félix, experimentation is a core competitive advantage. As the PM leading experimentation, you will build and scale our ability to rapidly test, validate, and refine financial products, leveraging our conversational interface and AI capabilities to set a new industry standard.

You will:

• Lead and build our experimentation squad, enabling fast, confident product launches.
• Accelerate product velocity, supporting Product and AI teams in removing friction and making data-driven decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Data, and Engineering to run high-impact experiments that shape our strategy.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, structured problem-solving, and customer-centric innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define key hypotheses around our product and growth OKRs.
• Design and execute structured experiments, including A/B tests, onboarding optimizations, and pricing/positioning tests.
• Work closely with the New Products and Customer Ops team to ensure experiments are executed smoothly, gathering real-time user insights.
• Analyze customer behavior data to uncover insights and refine our approach.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize data, tracking experiment results and conversion metrics.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to track performance in real-time.
• Iterate quickly based on experiment results and provide recommendations to scale successful tests.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate validated experiments into scalable solutions.
• Test and implement low-code / no-code automation solutions (e.g., Customer.io, Make, Zapier) to accelerate experimentation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in product management, growth, experimentation, or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in designing and running experiments.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract insights from data.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and customer behavior analytics.
• Experience using AI tools to 10x output and effectiveness.
• Self-starter with a bias for action, able to execute experiments at high velocity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for deeper data analysis.
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools like Customer.io, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience working with fintech or financial products.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, or Looker.
